Founded in 1980, Regarde Familia is a single family office (SFO) established to serve the wealth preservation and education needs of the Empire Electric & Regarde Family. We have no outside clients, nor do we accept external capital.
History
Our banking and business roots trace back centuries
The Chopra family is a caste that traces its roots to Punjab region of India and were mostly engaged in banking and trade. The Chopra caste was the dominant commercial and financial administration class of late-medieval India. Amolak Raj Chopra, the founder of Empire Electric, originated from the walled city of Satghara and moved to modern-day India during the separation of Pakistan and India in 1947.

We believe that each family member should devote time to developing Wisdom through the examination of philosophical, scientific and theological knowledge and the practice of compassion, kindness and thankfulness.
Ganesha
Ganesha (Sanskrit: गणेश, IAST: Gaṇeśa) is one of the best-known and most worshipped deities in the Hindu pantheon. His depictions are found throughout India. Hindu denominations worship him regardless of affiliations. Devotion to Ganesha is widely diffused and extends to Jains and Buddhists and beyond India.
